$30m was my prediction too...a little above Vicki Cristina and Match Point but nowhere near Midnight. The ending hurt it commercially IMO. I liked it and it was a pretty bold way to end it but I honestly think it might have even hit $50m if it hadn't been so bleak. Btw how good does Cate look in the movie??
Stephen Frears' movie is getting amazing reviews so TWC just gave it a Christmas day release...meaning Judi Dench is a threat too now. And don't forget Sandra! The reviews are too good to ignore her.
But the movie I'm most excited for doesn't have any female leads...it's Prisoners.
