Tegan & Sara finally got a Top 3, since Youth was snubbed at #4 multiple weeks.
Rihanna finally goes Top 5.
Carlos debuts Top 10.
JLO goes Top 5.
I feel like none of these would've happened with the other chart.

I did my promo. I had over 30 articles, and used 5 every single day.
I had a new single, a new 3D Video, 5 Days of Touring, an Album, a Charity song, multiple Performances, AND a charity.

Is there anyway Justin's promo single "The Call To Lonely" for his Charity, could chart at #13 instead of Chemistry since it had it's minimal promotion?
