I don't think BTW and 4 are creative. The latter is a better album but they're both albums that are too heavily influenced by music from the 80's that was already successful. Lady Gaga is going to do it again with ARTPOP recreating something that was already successful.
what other choice does she have? creating something that's both good and original is out of the question.
