Her relationship with her label won't change that she becomes unmarketable. The pop market is, and always will be ageist. When you become a certain age, they drop you - and that's typically in an artist's 30's and onward. Rihanna's voice is nothing revolutionary that isn't replaceable. I don't think she's done yet, but if they don't give her a big era, she's not going to stay consistent. As you can see her past two eras, she's only had two hits and the entire thing was a wrap.

Unapologetic gave us so much more though. Lov7, Nobodies Business, PIU, DWT. Her 1st Number 1 album. That SNL performance, In UK her Stay/WFL performance on the X-Factor finale was huge plus Grammy performance showed so much growth in her voice and was really talked about.
She doesn't need a big era because with Rihanna the music will speak for itself. Thats her strong point, she makes good music and no one has a voice like her. I don't see that changing for a long time.
