I think Katy is just better at making music that strikes a chord with the general public. It's as if you are faulting her for making songs that many people like.
She has always been making music for an audience, so I see nothing wrong with "making Katy Cats happy."

Again. It's not that specifically.
I've heard One of the Boys like a hundred times. It never tired me.
I've heard Teenage Dream two or three times until I realized I can't like it, I just don't feel anything besides fun.
Katy has an amazing appeal for her, the looks, the voice and her personality.
I just think she lost the vein of trying to do something new, intriguing or interesting.
And I'm not turning against Katy, just shading her a little.
It's only my second warning point for shading her
