Actually, I wanted to ask you--what's your gif-making process? For example I was going to do the Gaga at Glastonbury one too but the file was too big to d/l (I d/l the vids, export to .mov and import as video frames to photoshop)

Found a bigger one for you

I just download them with keepvid.com as .mp4 and open the video directly into photoshop. Then I just use the animation timeline to chose the beginning and end, cut the length, crop and save as gif.

Can i have 2:14 - 2:17 of this.

Bayonsay sis, are you on a mac? I'm having issues w/ photoshop; I used to be able to drag images into the icon and the image would open in photoshop, but it doesn't work anymore and idk how to fix it

Nope, I use Windows7. I'm not sure sis, can't you open them from inside Photoshop?
