My 7 year old cousin is currently watching Applause (as it's just come on one of the music channels); his reaction, "oh my god that was so scary".

General reaction: "I like the song, it's catchy (and I could hear the hook slightly catching on with him) but I don't like that women, she's scary and strange."

I know the Gag's key demographic is not the pre-teen kids but this seems like the overall reaction whenever I ask people about her. I want he to come back with a killer second single and smash hard (I was a huge fan during the first era (F-->FM)).

107 & 150, which would put it around the 40s-50s combined. It's probably selling around 25-30K copies per week at the moment.
