I honestly have no idea why it is called "Kelly Clarkson - Scared of the Dark". I know there was a thread about the song whether Kelly should have recorded it for Stronger (and everyone but the thread maker said no). Maybe it was one of songs sent to Kelly for her 5th album and this is a demo sung by some other girl. Dunno.

Half the reason Stronger took off the way it did was thanks to the commercial so I'm here for Kelly doing more of those in the future.
