Life in the US never really changed much as far as daily activities during the WWs (aside from the draft and the need for women to take men's jobs to sustain the economy.
War never really changes us drastically, it just turns into a part of our lives at the time, so I assume their outlook on life during WW3 will impact the kind of music they make and the movements they push. They'll incorporate the war into their music.
