Flamebait = trying to start a fight between people (ie. making a thread about Xtina's weight)
Trolling = posting stuff to get people mad (ie. posting that Xtina looks fat in her Twitter icon)

There was a member here who told the mods to permaban his original account so he could create a new account with a new name. I remember reading about this when I first joined.
