Lil Wayne is an amazing rapper, definitely better than Jay-Z. Jay-Z spent the firs half of his career being Hip Hop's rebound guy after Biggie died then his second half stealing from Kanye West. He has now fully transformed into a Kanye West clone.
Rappers don't dance lol. Just like the Mariah and Adele and stuff. You only really get touring receipts if you're about theatricals and stuff. Rappers just stand there rapping. If you don't know the words you will not have a good time.
