Not everyone disregarding the fact that the original is helping the remix just as much as the remix is helping it. If it weren't for the orignal, the remix wouldn't have sold enough alone to reach top 10.
I can't believe that, out of all her singles, THIS was her first major hit in America. I love the song so much, though. It's just a shame that the remix is the version that's smashing.
The original has been my favourite Lana single for quite some time now, surpassing Blue Jeans and National Anthem.
But oh well, we better take what we can get it, I'm happy nonetheless.
