I don't think people are shocked at her act... I think they're more interested and surprised at the fact that she looked a mess, sounded a mess and made a complete fool of herself.

Her antics weren't shocking - They were messy and cringe-worthy to witness - and THAT is what the majority of people are talking about.

And before the stans attack, I love Miley. I just think she's better than all of this & that something is seriously wrong.
