Actually people do
I was walking to my college yesterday for my political science class and I passed by two dudes smoking pot. The sidewalk is on a hill-sided slope so it's somewhat private, but anyways. People do smoke pot in public, just not in broad daylight where they're exposed.
Anyways, Lindsay looks ok, but it's clear her face has aged a lot from the cigarettes and drugs.
