you don't know what you're talking about lmaoo there are different versions of android (many htc phones still stuck on 2.x.x) & on top of that there are different versions of their sense skins (which is what i assume you meant by "their OS")
other than that there are many HTC phones running windows phone 7 & windows phone 8
and even more running the now ancient windows mobile -remember htc diamond or the legendary hd2?
