The whole thing about an ATRL uprising with warning points and permabans is just the made-up backstory of why these games happen. Like in the Hunger Games books when the citizens revolted and a war started.

But uh...if you get 10 warning points in other areas of this forum, you'll get banned. Is that what you're asking?
