OK, so there's a lot of controversy going on Twitter and YouTube about Taylor's "shut the **** up" moment. However, I've been reading a lot of tweets claiming that she said "sorry for my arm" not "shut the f*** up" as you can see her taking her arm of Selena Gomez in that moment. What do you think? Here's the gif (ignore the tagline and read her lips):
It does look like she's saying shut the **** up but it could be like a few years ago when Beiber won the VMA for best new artist over Drake and the internet was saying he said "I quit" when he was actually saying "I knew it"
Either way it doesn't matter I don't see the big deal
These things are always so vague and you always see what you wanna see.
I can see her saying 'shut the **** up' but I can also see her saying 'sorry for my arm'.
I don't think she said 'shut the **** up' though since she has such a non expression on her face.
I thought she said "Sorry for my arm" but after watching it again I think she said sftu because her tongue sticks out when whilst saying "the". At no point should you stick out your tongue while saying "Sorry for my arm"
