The irony of his mom condemning her but saying nothing about her grown ass, married son participating in that mess? He should be dragged harder than Miley is.
I feel she is a bit desperate herself having to remind the interviewer that she played her mother. So she wants to be assosiated with Miley cuz everyones talking about her its obvious

!!!!!!
Watch the video! He moved in to be right behind her twerking!
The irony of it all. Her whole career is based on controversy. First the racy Calvin Klein ads then Pretty Baby, a 1978 movie where she played an underage prostitute. Was it okay for kids back then?
This whole role model thing is so tiring. Miley is young and can make mistakes but acting in an overtly sexual manner shouldn't be reason to raise concern. Her association with black culture is more troubling but I don't see the big deal either. She's bringing underground culture to the mainstream. This is pop culture m.o. and she seems very genuine about it and people reasponded to it in a big way after the video. This backlash is way overblown but typical of American media where nothing offends more than sex.

Thank you for posting this cause now I don't have to. What a hypocrite.
Tbh I agree with her. It was totally desperate and not artistic. Isn't it also hypocritical to say "Miley is young and can make mistakes" when Brooke was also young when she made those questionable choices?
I'm not turned off because I think Miley should be a role model. I'm turned off because of how classless her act was.
Totally agree about Robin Thicke's mother though. Wtf? Total double-standard.
