It was okay. Problem with Katy is that she can't entertain and bring vocals at the same time. This time the vocals were okay but I wasn't entertained. I just expected more, something like a cool choreography, something shocking and unpredictable and something that makes it a true pop performance (cool lighting, fireworks?)
Due to the hype, I expected more but it was just a standard Katy Perry performance: she looked cute, there were questionable vocals and the song is eh (imo). In any event, the song supposedly is her biggest hit which is neat. I heard it tonight for the first time and its not my thing but that's okay.

I loved it. She really is getting better and better every time. I knew she'd sound good because this song was actually recorded with her natural singing voice bar the bridge.
