ATRL thrives on Gaga being dragged by anyone

The common thread that runs through the two is that they're amazing singers/performers who put 10x more effort and work into their music than any other kunts in the game. Obviously they'll boil the blood of those who stan for Basics.


However their stans are also insufferable. So it's a combo of the two. I'd say the hate is at least half-justified, half-not.

I think people get annoyed by their stans, so they take it out on the artists to hurt the feelings of stans since some stans erroneously attach their self-worth to the accomplishments/validation of their faves.
