I do believe in bisexuality. I'm amazed at how easily people think they can label someone. YOU are the only one who REALLY knows who you are attracted and who you fall in love with. I just hate how genders have an "assignated association order". I mean, I LOVE BOYS TO DEATH and I enjoy gay sex. However there are people who are not 100% devoted to one gender. There are shades and degrees and only one oneself can tell the real truth. What others say/belive/think won't make you different.

Muslim communities are the most homophobic ones (in some countries they will execute you for homosexuality) and its closed (you cant really see gay examples from western culture there) but still gay muslims are born. You have to prove some facts to be able to do. And your explanation with your childhood girlfriends is insufficient for me because there is DIRECT connection between sexuality and secretion of sexual hormones. I have relationships with both. Neither one is 'realer' than the other.

The fact is, my personality is very open, so it's like boys and girls can be both nice, attractive and what not. Why not date both?

However, I do not go out with very flamboyant men. I go out with guys who are strong minded, manly etc. Like guys that are in the footy team at school etc. The same with girls though. I like girls who are willing to do anything, have a sense of adventure, have a beer with me, Not a girl who's to afraid to go outside incase her heels snap.

So yes it does exist, but I think it can also be very specific types rather than just falling in love with both. You fall in love/attracted too/go out with guys and girls who share similar qualities.

U made general statement - that people are born bisexual and sexual differentiation happens due to socialisation. Pedophilia is connected with sexual orientation as well so I can compare. The only fact that makes difference is that its hurtful towards other people and socially unacceptable (>> its included among psychical disorders). Fetishism means completely different things. Its connected with focusing to things and parts of body with sexual interest (but also religious etc. - in more general meaning of fetishism).

Duh. If a person can be attracted to a man, and a person can be attracted to a woman, why can't there be people who are attracted to both? I'm attracted to both sexes and have questioned myself multiple times whether I was 100% one way or the other but I always come back to the answer that I like both and that's just the way it is, I can't change that. It's frustrating that I know there will be times where people will not take me seriously and either think I'm lying and saying I like females for male attention, or think I'm secretly a lesbian. All I want is to be taken seriously but I know that won't happen so I pretty much keep my sexuality to myself in real life and let people wonder because I don't want to answer their inane questions. How can you know how other people are feeling?

Actually, it's a mental disorder and not a sexual orientation. I just looked it up. I basically still stand by what I said, but I'll reword it. Everyone is born with the ability to be attracted to different genders. Nothing is set. But we go through life certain experiences, and discover things for our self and we evaluate it. If you don't agree with that, but that's how I see it and that's how I experienced it. And others have as well. It might be different for you and you have your own opinion towards how it happens and I respect that, because you made some good points. But the way I came into my sexuality and the way you came into yours are different, much like our opinions.

I said its recognized as a mental disorder. And why do u think ?... Its natural sexual preference for pedophiles. But as I said its socially unacceptable due to obvious reasons. I dont want to put in the same level but homosexuality was mental disorder too in past. It wasnt accepted and it was illegal. They said it could negatively influence children... In many near-eastern and african countries its normal for an old guy to marry a girl even at 13 y o and under before her menses. You see how culturally impacted we are on whether or not the matter is abnormal.
