The singer answered for 30 seconds to questions sent by fans. The questions were about her album, France, Childline and her newest single "There Must Be Love". She pressed that button several times when some "weird" questions came on the screen.
The night started with Demi coming on stage, and performing her latest hit "Gold" She slayed the vocals.Danced a little, she played with audience. She also kissed on of the dancers. She acted very naughty, because she was going for a hot performance. In the end she called Selena, and they started singing their duet "I Don't Forgive You" The performance started with Selena jumping out of the box, and throwing glitter everywhere. Both girls stood next to mic's, and sang their hearts out. two dancers came on stage, and Demi, and Selena danced with their partner. They did some hot dancing, and of course slayed. The girls had a lot of fun, and enjoyed their night. The performance ended with Demi leaving the stage, and Selena started her song.
Selena started performing her song "Turn Me On" A huge lion was added to performance. he was kept in the cage, and Selena was dancing next to it. Of course Lion was friendly, because he was trained. Selena then sat on his back, and continued her song. She looked hot, wearing her hot tight black pants, and hot white shirt. She was literally smoking hot. In he end she got off the lion, and did amazing choreography, lights were shining everywhere, and it looked very magical. The night ended, both Demi & Selena went to sign autographs.
THE END.
Wait sis lemme delete that performance I made because this one is so much better

Tegan and Sara visited 101.9 Radio Memphis today for an intimate performance as well as an interview during which they exclusively announced the release of their new single, Heart Waster. They chose this radio station because it was the one that gave their lead single Youth the most spins ever since it was released.
A small crowd of fans was present during the interview and session; they all could hardly believe how lucky they were to be there when the song received its first airplay.
Host: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome for the first time ever here at 101.9 Radio Now, Tegan and Sara!
*Studio audience cheers*
Tegan and Sara: Hi! Thanks for having us.
Host: The pleasure is ours, we are so excited to have you here, and especially for the radio premiere of your new single!
Sara: We're excited as well, we've waited quite a while to unleash another single because we felt really happy with Youth and like it represented the album and era in general very well, but yeah, I guess not it's time to move on and we can't wait to see where this will take us.
Host: I was gonna ask about that, you gave the lead single a lot of time to grow and it actually paid off, it's almost double platinum now, how does that feel for you guys?
Tegan: It's crazy, I mean, you get these numbers thrown at you and it really takes a while to sink in and until you realize that there's that many people out there who have actually bought your song. It feels incredible, and we never ever dreamed that we would be having this kind of success, especially with a single. We're usually more focused on our albums and don't do the whole promo spiel, but we thought we should give it a try this time around and knowing that we made the right decision there feels great.
Host: That's amazing, and I think we all agree that you completely deserve the success because all you've been doing since you came back is working and promoting and performing, do you ever take a break at all?
Sara:(laughs) Thank you. And well, I guess we've been keeping pretty busy. The start of a new era is always so exciting, you have the new material and you want people to hear it so it only feels natural to go out there and use every chance we get to promote and show off what we came up with this time. But of course, since we were determined to push the lead single, we did a lot of appearances, also because we were offered these spots after the success we had with Heartthrob. That album helped us make a new for ourselves in the mainstream media, so we started to get offers from magazines and TV shows which is something we only had very limited access to before, so we were actually eager for all these new experiences.
Tegan: Plus it felt nice to get back to the whole press and media thing again, after being away while writing and recording the album. We love creating and making music, but we also love talking about our music and playing it and seeing people's reactions to it, so we do enjoy the promo part as well and it doesn't even feel like work anyway.
Host: That's very humble, and you both actually seem like very down to earth, modest people if I may say so, isn't that hard in a business like the music and show biz, where everyone has such inflated egos and there's such a big rivalry in between artists? Not that I expected you to have a diva attitude or something, but you know.. (laughs)
Tegan:(laughs) I know what you mean, and we've had the questionable pleasure to meet some people who are exactly like you described. But for us, it has always been important to stay with both feet on the ground, and I think one of the reasons that has worked out so well is because we have each other. We're family so there is this bond that allows us to be completely honest with each other, and we just make sure that we both stay grounded and don't get our heads in the clouds too much.
Sara: Definitely, and there's also the fact that we're both really not into drama, at all. We have a very rational view of things, we love our job but we know that this wouldn't be possible without all the support from the fans, they're the ones who ultimately allow us to make a living off of music, and we're thankful for that. We did work hard to get where we are right now, but it would be completely presumptuous because it couldn't have happened without the people who spend money on us and our music.
*audience claps*
Sara: Oh gosh, I forgot we have some of our fans here! (laughs) Thank you guys for being so awesome and always supporting us since day one.
Host: Now that was sweet. It's honestly so refreshing watching you interact with your fans, you already spoke to some people earlier before we went on air and I think it's remarkable how you treat them almost like friends or equals rather than 'just fans', you're very open and out-going towards them.
Tegan: It's extremely important for us to have a great relationship with our fans. From day one, our main goal was to make music that people can connect with, so in the end that leads to the people connecting with us and we love that. It's great to get to know the faces in the crowd, to hear about their stories and why they like us and how invested they actually are in our band. We've had countless amazing experiences with our fans and they've always been there for us since the beginning, and keeping them close is just our way of giving back some of the support as well as saying thank you.
*audience cheers*
Host: I think that's a great way to look at it, so let me give you a chance to give back even more to your fans and play a little song for them!
Sara: Absolutely, alright. We're gonna play Youth first.
~ Tegan and Sara perform Youth ~
~ everyone cheers ~
Host: That were Tegan and Sara with the lead single off of their current album, Shipwrecked, thank you for this great performance! But let's come back to the reason why you're actually here, you're about to premiere your new single, Heart Waster, here on 101.9 Radio Now, so tell us a little more about the song and why you chose it as the second single!
Tegan:Heart Waster is one of the more upbeat tracks on the album, and since Youth was a bit more moderate, we thought we might be a bit more forward with the next song. We tested it live and it got a great crowd response, people were dancing and just having a good time, so we thought it could do great as a single.
Sara: It's also one of the most collaborative songs on Shipwrecked. Tegan wrote it, but after she sent the demo to me, I shared some ideas with her and she ended up reworking it and using some of my suggestions, so we almost kinda wrote it together.
Host: That's an interesting fact, and I also like how you said it's upbeat and lets people have a good time. Would you say it's more in the vein of the Heartthrob sound then?
Tegan: I guess you could say that, it's build upon a synth riff which is something we did a lot on our last album. But it wasn't like we deliberately decided to write a more dancey song, it just happened to come out that way because I wrote the melody on the keyboard and when we messed around with it, we felt like the synth hook seemed more fitting than turning it into a guitar hook so we kept it.
Host: So that covers the musical background of the song, what can you tell us about the lyrics and meaning of them?
Tegan: It's kinda funny because I think the lyrics are a huge contrast to the way the music sounds in the song. Like, if you just heard the instrumental, you'd probably expect it to be some sweet love song or whatever, but like the title already says, it's actually not a happy song at all. It's about rejection, about getting mixed signals from a person and falling for them and hoping to be with them, but they aren't even interested in you and just leading you on. The song deals with the feelings that come after that realization, when you literally feel like you wasted your heart on that person.
Sara: I think it's a very relatable song, maybe not as anthemic as Youth but it still has the potential to speak to a lot of different people because probably everyone has been in a situation that's similar to that at least once.
Host: Definitely, from that description it sounds like it's meant to become the soundtrack to so many broken teenage dreams out there!
Sara: That'd be great, I mean, not the fact that teens will get their dreams and hearts broken, but that they might listen to our song to get through a difficult situation like that.
Host: I hope they do, and honestly, they should just check the whole album because I feel like most of the songs are written about the end of a relationship.
Tegan: That's true, there's a bunch of sad break up songs on there, where relationships didn't work out, and I know that's basically what every single one of our albums is about but it's just the topic we keep going back to. We like reflecting on our past experiences and encounters with people, writing about them with a different mindset, a different perspective, it's really fun for us and we get to learn a lot about ourselves in the process, too. It's like rediscovering part of your past, and seeing things in a different light.
Host: That's amazing, and it explains why your songs feel so personal and intimate. I mean, when I listen to them, I can feel that this comes from your hearts and there's just something of you in there.
Sara: What a great compliment, thank you very much! But yeah, our songs are almost always based on our own experiences, and I think that's what people like about them, because it's not made up, it happened and you can just hear that somehow, our memories and feelings that are connected with a particular situation, that goes into a song, too.
Host: I love it, honestly. But now that we've talked about it so much, I think it's time that we let people hear it, don't you think?
*studio audience cheers*
Tegan:(laughs) Sure, yes!
Host: Well, here it is, everyone, we're really proud that they chose our station to be the one to play it first because they're an amazing band and we love the song. It's upbeat, feel good yet if you pay attention to the lyrics, it's definitely gonna make you think, and that ambiguity is what makes it so great. For the very first time, let me play this gem of a song, Heart Waster by Tegan and Sara!
*Heart Waster plays*
*audience cheers afterwards*
Host: Didn't that sound amazing? Make sure you request the song every day, and stay tuned because I'm probably gonna play it again before the end of the show! Did you like how that sounded on the radio?
Sara: Absolutely, that was so cool! The first time hearing it on the radio, and we're live in the studio as well. I think this was definitely the right choice for the next single, I couldn't be happier with it.
Host: So what are your future plans? Will there be a music video?
Sara: There definitely will be a video, we haven't started filming yet but it should be done pretty quickly by the end of the week or so. We'll also put up a lyric video on our Vevo tomorrow, be sure to watch out for that, you're gonna love it!
Host: I can't wait for that, I loved your lyric videos from last season, such awesome graphics!
Tegan: Thank you, thank you!
Host: Sadly, our interview time's already up but you're gonna stick around for the rest of your performance as well as a signing in a bit. Listeners and viewers, we're gonna continue live streaming this on our website, so don't click away!
Sara: Thanks again for having us, we loved it here.
Tegan: Yeah, thank you! We had a great time.
After the interview, Tegan and Sara continued their set that had kicked off with Youth and followed it up with the classic Walking With A Ghost before showcasing an acoustic rendition of new single Heart Waster, which was met with the biggest applause.
They played about 25 minutes before they briefly disappeared and came back for the signing, which saw them patiently tending to every fan present and signing an item of their choice. Pictures were taken as well, so we're sure no one will forget this great day anytime soon.
The event was livestreamed on the radio website and watched by almost one million people worldwide.

This is one of the more upbeat songs on the record, one of the few where we decided to keep the synth hook and build the song around that. It's about getting mixed signals from someone you really like and then at some point you finally realize that they were never that interested in you and giving you false hopes all along. You wasted your feelings and your heart on them. I remember I came up with the melody on a rainy day and I immediately had a feeling that this could be a cool song. I finished writing it in a matter of hours and then I sent the demo to Sara and she was like, 'It's not bad but maybe you should put this for the bridge and add that to the chorus', so I re-worked like half of it. It sounded much better after that, though, so thank you, Sara.
