It will most likely say that racism, homophobia, death, miscarriage, suicide, mental illness, physical injury and pretty much anything else that's considered extreme and can provide a kii if used only occasionally will be barred from use.

Meaning:
No ape jokes.
No hip jokes.
No knee jokes.
No "little cutters"-like jokes.
No mental illness jokes.
