MILEY ON JIMMY FALLON
Last night Miley Cyrus appeared on Jimmy Fallon to discuss her new era, and perform two songs. So here it is!

J: My guest for tonight is an incredible singer/actress who’s had quite an amazing career for her age. Please welcome Miss Miley Cyrus!
M: Hey Jimmy!
J: So Miley, how are things going for you?
M: Things are definitely looking great! I’m so happy with the way this era’s been moving so far.
J: I gotta say your album is really one of my favorites of the year.
M: Thanks! What are your favorite songs?
J: I really like “Bitch Like That,” “On The Radio” and “Turnt Up.”
M: Those three are also some of my favorites!
J: So you were supposed to come on the show about three weeks ago I think… but you never showed up. What happened?
M: I got extremely sick that day. I’ve just been so hard at working and planning everything that I underwent some medical issues a few weeks ago. But I’m back now, and we have everything for this era planned out now so I’m just excited to watch everything unfold.
J: Where will you be touring?
M: Well, there’s two huge parts of the tour. There is the USA part, and the international part. I’m planning on touring in the USA for quite some time so we’re prepping up for that a bit.
J: Wow! How long will you be gone?
M: I’m going to be on tour for about a couple of months. I think maybe two, or three months.
J: Holy crap that’s a very long time!
M: Yes, the USA portion is so large it takes up half of the touring time I believe.
J: How many states are you going to?
M: I can’t remember exactly how many… But more than half I should say. The reason behind touring in the US for so long is that I can still promote the record and singles here before I go around the world for several months.
J: So we’re not going to see you much?
M: Well, there’s the media. There’s always giving everyone a hard time so you’ll see me on Twitter and on magazines for sure!
J: Also, you have a new docu-series coming out next week on MTV. Talk to us a bit about that.
M: Well… It’s been years since I’ve done music or TV, so I wanted to combine both for my Smilers so they could get a better grasp of the album and just so they have more to see from me. I really love them, they make a ton of things happen for me.
J: Well I think it’s really amazing that you’re doing that and I can’t wait to see that! Now, let’s talk about your very interesting MTV Movie Awards Performance, shall we?
M: Of course!
J: So apparently Lindsay Lohan murders Perez Hilton, and you two go to jail where you do this sort of dance scene?
M: Well the whole concept behind all of our “Bitch Like That” performances are a continuation to our lead singles. “Free Falling” is about self-expression, and the “Trainwreck” concept involves the paparazzi. So we meshed those two together, to create a story line. We were inspired by “Telephone” and the movie Chicago for that performance. And if we had to kill off anybody, of course it’s gonna be Perez Hilton.
J: But didn’t he praise you two?
M: Yeah but he’s a bitch in general… Oh well…
J: Shady much?
M: Well, I wouldn’t be surprised if his little ass gets back on Twitter and starts at me.
J: Didn’t you just have a Twitter feud with Demi Lovato?
M: Yes, but that’s been over a long time ago.
J: Well, I guess we’re gonna have to expect a new fight on Twitter…
M: Well I won’t fight unless he tweets me first so whatever. I mean how many records has he sold?
J: Moving on… what songs will you perform for us today?
M: I’m going to perform “Bitch Like That” and “Free Falling!”
J: Alright, when we return, Miley Cyrus will perform her two singles for us! We’ll be right back!

Miley started out with Free Falling. Her performance was very low-key and simple this time around. She sat down, delivering very powerful and passionate vocals. She gestured her arms around just a bit, and her smile was something the crowd found amazing. At the end, Miley received a good round of applause and the show shifted into a Fallon segment.
When they returned, Miley was up out of the stool to perform her latest hit Bitch Like That. She rocked the stage out with flashing police sirens and a stunning dress. She played with the microphone stand and cut the wire to her microphone in the middle. Some dancers came onto the stage, and she performed hard choreography with them. Then, she had a phone call to Lindsay Lohan, mimicking the call she did on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ The crowd laughed with amusement, and Miley worked the stage with her spitfire attitude and passion for her music. She ended with a big light flash and her striking a pose holding the microphone up.
