I don't understand why you think it's weird that she isn't. There are artists much bigger than her who aren't performing at the VMA's this year, many who have new music out. This song isn't even officially out yet.

Makes total sense that she wouldn't be there, especially when, as someone else mentioned, there are bigger acts out there that don't get invited.

Looking forward to it. I really hope that with all of this time that they've had since it's been delayed that they've revisited it and made it sound more like Azealia Banks f/ Pharrell Williams and not Pharrell Williams f/ Azealia Banks.
