Janet called in to Power99fm.com today and talked about 'Why Did I Get Married', and she also talked about the switching of labels and said her album was already DONE and TITLED, and would be out by the end of March.
It better be a POP album, not some R&B ****. She is so much better as a pop arist, and needs to stay there. And Jermaine Dupri is destroying her music career, get the hell away from him.
haha if she releases it in March she goes up against Madonna and Dido, who are both releasing albums in March supposedly. And i can't remember is it February or March Mariah is releasing her album? Anyways Madonna will whoop her in sales if she doesn't have a strong first single, Dido, it depends.... usually she has like one big kickoff single and then the others don't fare as well.... White Flag and Thank You were her really only huge hits, 1 from each of her albums.... but regardles, Dido always sells a lot of albums in the USA. Few million at least. We'll have to see.
thankfully JD doesn't have control over this album. he ruined her with DJ + 20 Y.O., although both really good albums, but still they weren't as strong like "All For You" was.

i love janet as much as the next but i think she should do like madonna did. focus more on touring and stop trying to compete in the major album release market. also just like madonna did with britney she needs to gracefully turnover the crown to ciara before there is a hostile takeover, lol.
