Christmas albums are total crap shoots. Every year one emerges as the big winner, one or two do respectably okay, and the rest languish in discount bins for eternity. I haven't been able to find rhyme or reason in what wins or why.
I'm going to need you to sign me up as an artist. Don't care if I flop harder than Xtina's last two eras combined; I just need a free VIP into Kelly's life concerts.
So I take it Kelly isn't attending the VMA's? Would have been nice to see her on the red-carpet with Brandon and her bling! Even though she never does red-carpet anymore...

When they got engaged, Reba did say she wouldn't be shocked if they eloped. She knows that's more Kelly's style and even Kelly said she wanted to elope. Reba and Narvel also had a private ceremony on a boat when they got married.

Reba McEntire wants to make sure that Kelly Clarkson's wedding to her stepson Brandon Blackstock is a family affair - but admits that she wouldn't be surprised if the two decided to elope.
"[Clarkson] said a while back, 'Don't be surprised if we elope!' And I said, 'I will not be surprised!'" she continued.
McEntire herself married husband Narvel Blackstock, Brandon's father, back in 1989, and admitted that even back then she wasn't a gal to hanker for a large wedding.
"That was never my deal and I don't know that that's Kelly's either," she told Us. "I've had two weddings and they were both very small. Very few people. They really weren't even weddings. We had a preacher there, but that's it."

I looked up the best-selling Christmas albums from the past 10 years. All of them were AC, tradition type of artists. I think Kelly has a good shot at being the "big winner" this year. Fingers crossed
