Britney may not be interested in helping promote her album, and it seems like she really doesn’t need to!
Based on first day sales, Spears’ latest album, Blackout, is expected to debut at #1 on the U.S. album charts, industry experts tell PerezHilton.com.
Right now she is projected to sell about 350,000 copies - nowhere near what Carrie Underwood just did in her first week (527,000). But respectable none the less.
I'm suprised he didnt go and spin it into "omg she flopped" like what he tried to do with Gimme More right before it exploded onto iTunes and like what he does with Avril.
This just really makes you wonder if her vma performance had been FLAWLESS, if it would'ave no doubt outsold In The Zone's first week.
Its funny how whenever theres a negative post on Perez her comments are filled with people bashing her and when she gets her #1, half those people dont say ****. The comments about her now are like "OMG Perez got OWNED by Britney" or my personal favorite, "**** PEREZ!" <3
and that post was a lie. BRITNEY did not say "that's it", whoever the guy was talking said "that's it." and whoever posted needs to get their ears fixed as ryan said if she had any more promotion for this week.
Oh and the debut is awesome. As for Recess, Xtina sold less than 350K so yeah.
