What are you talking about? Anybody would say that Pink Friday was a good album. She fell off afterwards. (Hip-hop heads say her mixtape days, but whatever).
That album sold amazingly, got nominated for a Grammy, and critics& fans have yet said she has topped it.

we both know pink friday was a hugely successful era and that it earned lots of acclaim from fans and critics alike AT THE TIME
but the issue here is that pfrr hurt nicki's reputation with most everyone and caused people who once considered her talented and a strong artist to be quite the opposite because of songs that were poorly-received, from a critical standpoint, like starships and stupid hoe. her image, performances, etc. also hurt her reputation, but i would argue that the music was the biggest influence upon the public's perception of her as a quality vs. poor artist.
as a result, i don't think really anyone remembers pink friday the way that the barbz do. since it stands in between "old nicki" and "new nicki", those who disliked her direction with pfrr (many people, especially in the states) either regard "good nicki" as being "mixtape nicki" or dislike her altogether
i stand by the idea that pfrr hurt pf's memorability in a multitude of ways, point blank
