For me it isn't. I've never stanned and never seen the logic or appeal in it. The only pop girl's music I use are Rihanna (who's the same age as me) and Beyonce and it doesn't really go beyond their music (though they both have flawless style). I mostly talk about older R&B and Hip-Hop music. 99% of the stuff y'all discuss on here is for the birds, but I do like discussing socioeconomic issues and other random things in the lounge. I think stanning is stupid at any age, but hey different strokes for different folks.
As far as the over the top stanning such as going on twitter,keeping up with chart positions, etc. I don't do that. But I do keep up with people I enjoy.
