When you guys stop comparing the sales of her albums to Pink Friday, you'll have a more logical argument. Obviously the circumstances have changed & the situations are totally different.

I'd believe that if I walked up to one of the people outside of TM and asked them if they knew Hello Good Morning then perhaps few would, but I'd guess a lot more people would know verses such as Where Dem Girls At?, Bottoms Up, Bedrock etc because they've charted high, received good airplay and been much more successful than any of the features in 2013 that you claim all of the GP have heard. That's just my two cents though!

Go up to anybody who listens to Urban music, and they'll know them.

Just like the same amount of people who know the chrous to DIOE, know M4L.

I agree that it everything shouldn't be compared to Pink Friday, but people (including myself) do it. I think it's inevitable tbh.

So it's now been restricted to people who listen to Urban radio/ music and not the GP? I see.

There's a better chance of the public knowing M4L and DIOE because they were actually released, charted, received airplay and was successful. Obviously M4L wasn't restricted to Urban radio (as you'll know since you know the person who deals with radio here) so that widens the audience that'll hear it.

I still don't think that all, or even much of the GP have heard these features this year.

Yes, they have heard them just like all of GP heard Monster, but do you see Monster sitting #1 anywhere on the charts? Sales & chart positions do not equate with someone hearing the song sir.

I really don't think that the majority of the GP have heard her features this year, and I also don't think the majority have heard Monster. At least not where I live. Not once this year have I heard a single Nicki feature on the radio, not once this year have I seen a single Nicki feature on a music channel. You're right about chart position and sales aren't everything, but they're of course a massive factor in the GP hearing them and not just people within a fanbase.

Trust me, almost everyone in America has heard a Nicki Minaj feature this year. Almost everyone in this whole planet has heard an Onika song in some form.
