To be honest, i consider you neither a new or old member more like a mid grade (Nicki 'the boys' reference) but its less about approval and more about given them time to get their d's wet.
Some of the newbies are making amateur mistakes and I have a feeling after 60 days or so they will understand that there's levels to this sht and won't catch easy WPs or spill their emotions in the air like anyone really cares. You need to ease into the process.
I don't care how many people were lurking as guests now you are present but you are still new to the game. Everyone has to start as a newbie somewhere.
It's kind of like, some of the newbies right away are showing they are mad cool and are intelligent.
Some are showing ratchet, low rent behavior but that doesn't mean they are actually that.
They might not know how to handle this yet and might be real sensitive and some might think if they act extra they will get noticed or something.

Show us what you got. Welcome and don't take the bait and fall into any traps.
Some newbies have already accrued WPs and have been chasing their own tail.
It's been like taking candy from a baby.
Take your time and get used to it and ease into the process and I think you will be fine.

Already we've seen the newbies that fall under the following categories
1) I am your leaders...serving Willy realness
2) Stupid hoes...already catching WPs thinking their shade/jabs make the target look bad
3) Champions...the mad cool ones that know there's levels to this sht and are playing their position until they get firm footing
4) Starships...the ones that are out of this world (some would say good thing/some would say bad)
5) Young forever...the ones that need a hug and already showing they are emotionally stunted but can still find their way
6) Beez in a trap/Fireburns...the ones that are pressed for no reason catching stomach ulcers and migraines without a cause (the opPRESSED, dePRESSED, rePRESSED and suPRESSED)
7) Did it on em...the ones that are already dragging for filth with intelligence. Superb newbies. Bravo
8) Blazin'...the ones that are likable and chill and will fly through new orientation effortlessly
9) Superbass...the fun, fresh and exuberant ones that are a pleasure to have joined our base.
10) Hov lane...the ones that are already on the fast track to being in the top 5 relevant and serving as significant contributors in various debates and overall in general Nicki related news.
