She just needs a little work. It seems like she sounds better when she's not really trying (the Ellen clip & Complex magazine clip). Sometimes it sounds like she's forcing the vocals out rather than letting it flow. Perfect example is the Fire Burns clips. She has a pretty voice though

I think so too. But obviously the tour has helped her improve. I mean singing every night for an hour two and dancing and etc. does do wonder right? Mabye she should get a vocal coach. The voice is there though. And ANYBODY who denies that is a DELUSIONAL CRUSTY MESS!
