Obviously. It's still a stage name. When all you have to shade other artists is that Rihanna didn't have to use a stage name for her success when I don't see a single album released by Robyn Fenty, it's pretty laughable and hypocritical.

Rihanna - Hitmaker

And y'all will have to deal with the truth, unless Rihanna somehow pulls out three "21"-sized albums and outsells Britney, it doesn't seem she'll be entering pop royalty.

Britney could NOT make music at all and still be above Rihanna. You asked if she was the Queen of Pop, and if Rihanna is the Queen of Pop, then she should be outselling the Princess handily. Not the other way around. Rihanna isn't even on RIAA's top 200 list, despite Taylor Swift, an artist who debuted after Rihanna, being up there. Let's not act like she's some magical force that's invalidating everyone's careers with her releases
