Exotic meats
Assuming that you eat meat, would you ever consume another animal outside of the conventional poultry, beef, and pork? If you actually have, what did that meat taste like? Describe the texture, flavor, among others that stood out to you.
A few example of "exotic" meats.
Ostrich
Alligator
Rattlesnake
Bison
Octopus

I've eaten rattlesnake and cow's head.
Yuck.
I've also had lamb or something. It tasted sweet.

I had elk steak the other week. Really tender and a very deep taste (don't know how else to describe the taste.) It's not too gamey actually.
