She has been selling so well that I think it's going to hurt her chances of #1 later on. Unless the video is planned right with the airplay. There's too many big names and such at the VMAs to guarantee anything for anyone.

If she gains 150 points in airplay and streaming than there won't be much of gap between Blurred Lines and Roar in airplay and Streaming... Then she will still be selling double what Blurred Lines. If your situation is correct, then she will indeed be #1 next week.
