I believe he thought that by extending Daylight Saving Time, more energy would be saved. With the sun out longer for four extra weeks, or so it would seem, I think he might have thought that people would use less energy? You know what's sad?

I've spent the entire day in a state of being completely unaware what time it is. It's like I'm in the Twilight Zone.

In the rest of Canada, they do... but Saskatchewan is the only province that doesn't.

This'll put us in the same time as Manitoba for the winter, and the same time as Alberta for the summer.

^... there are some places that they don't do it.. .like Phoenix Arizona doesn't ... it's like the places in in the edge of a timezone that doesn't ... or something... ... 2 much thinking about time...i'm getting a headache
