ORLANDO --
The US Secret Service says celebrities and even the director of the FBI were the targets of two Central Florida identity thieves.
Agents arrested 19-year-old Luis Flores, accusing him and his roommate, Kyah Green, of stealing the identities of celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Ashton Kutcher and Paris Hilton.
Investigators say Flores called American Express at different time, claiming to be Kardashian, Jenner and Kutcher. Each time investigators say he was able to get the company to change the social security numbers on their accounts, order new cards, and was even able to transfer more than $70,000 from Kris Jenner's account into his own account.
Flores is also accused of accessing the bank information of former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky and former FBI director Robert Mueller. But fraud investigators at the financial institutions started raising red flags.
The Secret Service arrested Flores and Green at a Lake Mary apartment August 7 on several federal charges.
Agents say the two got their information from a website that hackers launched earlier this year that targeted everyone notable people.
They say Flores had a flash drive that included information for
Vice President Joe Biden, first lady Michelle Obama, US Attorney General Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Bill Gates, Beyonce Knowles and Mel Gibson. The information includes social security numbers, phone numbers, credit reports, and bank account information.
Flores just got out of jail in March. He was convicted of diverting money from co-workers' paychecks at an AT&T store into his own bank account.
