She filed the lawsuit at the end of last month (July 29th I think), Blackground now have somewhere around 30 days to answer. Lets see how that goes. The whole lawsuit, without the appendices, leaked online, by the way. If Blackground don't answer or show up to the court hearing, and her case is sensible, JoJo might win by default.
