I'm sitting here listening to Rated R and LOUD, and just remembering how our GOD used to release proper singles, music videos. Actually do promo for each song, give an Era a distinct feel.
Will that ever happen again?
Maybe for the lead single anything else is not a garentee.
I have another confession to make. I actually wanted Rockstar 101 to be the 4th single. Too bad it didn't get released in Europe. I have never seen/heard Rockstar 101 in my country.

By the way, with all these Applause and Roar buzz going on, ATRL (haters and ans alike) still think about our queen. I mean the amount of threads everyday like "Is Rihanna the popstar of our generation?", etc. Thus, I come up with the conclusion that most of these posters especially the Ms and the Hs are just scared enough to admit the Rihanna in no time has really overtaken their fave and is actually the biggest pop star right now.

I just realized that 17 year old Rihanna singing about sex on her 1st album. The queen. :cry:

Rih is not the biggest pop star. She could be but she doesnt want to and I think the Navy is fine with that.

RS 101 was a bop, but I felt like after RB, the only songs that left with worldwide appeal are Te Amo and Photographs. Firebomb is a hit or miss. I wonder if she ever think of Photographs as a single. That song could've have slayed urban, rhythmic and pop.
