Yep he moved on to Tay after Katy.
But I'm not so sure they're gonna last, kim and Katy. He's still in love with himself not any woman. He's also slimily smart and cunning, and knows Katy is on top right now so to be on her good side is good promo for himself, and good way to reingratiate himself with gp and media. They'll say "Katy loves him, he can't be such a bad fellow" also don't kid yourselves, he knew katy was Taylor's friend. What better way to hurt her than turn a friend of hers away from her? And use that friend to say " yeah Taylor, she's unbalanced and immature and no substance, because look, her friend even loves me in spite of her. Just listen to my song; she's worthless as a paper doll.
And that duet he and Katy did, just another way of minimalizing Taylor, when you compare how little he actually had her in HOMH. That "duet" was a joke. All he used me for was her fame and youth.
