It's inevitable for there to be conflicts within any group of people in any type of situation, but it's probably exaggerated with women because people want to believe females are prone to fighting with each other.

Your right, and it can be difficult in a group to have the same vision if you want something else or are longing to be more front and centre. Women do seem more stereotyped for this type of fighting, but groups like the Saturday's and the trio Destiny's Child show that they can get along well on and off stage. I liked that that Sugababes had their differences because I liked the addition of Heidi and she brought some sunshine to the band. I also liked Amelle's vocals and was listening to About You Now the other night and she really dominates that track and it was one of their biggest hits.
Usually replacements don't always work out well I think their is a natural chemistry formed between members and even one switch can change the energy quite dynamically for better or worse. I don't think the Pussycat dolls are the best of girl bands, they released some good songs, but overall a lead singer and back-up dancers doesn't work as well. If I put girl bands in order of preference I would be changing my mind quite a few times anyway

, but PCD would be lower on the list of great groups.
I am wondering what a whole Jessica album will sound like. Her career is a little like Nadia Ali's at the moment with guest vocals. Sometimes this works as Sophie Ellis released her last album with a lot of her collaborations and the record was really strong for it. It didn't sell well, but it is good.
If Jessica's album is as good as the lead singles it should be great as a whole. It can fall in nicely with Selena Gomez' Stars Dance/Sharon Doorson's Killer and I am also awaiting Mia Martina's album to add to my fave dance records. Hopefully Samantha Jade keeps her new release to mostly up-tempo numbers and I will have a nice dance quartet for the year.
