I think she's saying one second she was the artist or the person interested in creating art, and suddenly she IS the art. Since she's dressed like a pierrot, it suggests to me that she thinks she's a palette for other artists in addition to being an artist herself.
I always thought she was saying "one second I'm a Koons but suddenly the kunst is me," meaning she is an artist (Jeff Koons) but suddenly she is the art itself (kunst). Which makes sense to me in the obscure way but it really is too try hard.
