Since when is Katy not an album seller? Just because she sells singles as well doesn't make her album sales any less impressive.

She had 5 #1s, a top 3, then she released an special edition with two new singles, one of them hit #1, the other went top 2 and she still hasn't crossed 3 million copies. She is not an album seller.
can't get any worse than that. And if LMBTL does decently, it will give Celine a bigger boost.
