I think she knows that though, the funny thing is Jay is racking up top ten hits like its nothing. Two options:
A) She desperately wants to move into
artistic legend territory and be above the charts.
B) She realized that 4 was the first era where she didn't demonstrate her power and is waiting for the right time to smash every chart, format, country, and radio she can get on.
Don't doubt a woman with an ego as big as Beyonces.
