What if...
What if ATRL becomes such a mess because of the OC's and bans the gifs and the smilies?
Could you imagine one single thread without them?

Gifs and smileys don't effect the server though. They are hosted on outside sites.

It's really not too difficult to string together a couple words to form a complete sentence without the use of a smiley or a gif.
