She confirmed in the Ryan Seacrest interview she has 70-100 songs for ARTPOP, so not necessarily.

Well she said she did about 70-100 songs and she played at least 40 different tracks to Jimmy Iovine. She said a long time ago that unreleased tracks would be available on the app so maybe she'll do a lot of songs that didn't make the cut.

Yes, though it won't be all the songs... She also said the app would get collabs she recorded for the album that didn't make it

Gaga is known for not staying true to her word when it comes to these matters though, so don't get your hopes up just yet
