I just heard Applause on KIIS and the verses reminded me of the time I had a couple of really bad oyster shooters and did not stop throwing up for literally an hour straight.

I was prepared to hate "Applause" (especially after that first verse)...but I don't. The chorus is one of Gaga's first truly great moments in forever, and it takes off from there.

Can't wait to see her stomp all over Katy Perry and that basic nonsense "Roar."
