Isn't it annoying? Gambit was probably the second most popular character in the whole franchise throughout the '90s. I really don't understand why he wasn't included in the first three films, and why the portrayal they finally did offer of him in the 2009 Wolverine movie was so mediocre (imo). Ugh.

It looks like J-Law has full dibs on Mystique now after First Class for some reason, even though Rebecca Romijn made Mystique exceedingly iconic.

Besides that 90s cartoon, he was never paid dust in the comics or anywhere else TBQH
same scriptwriters, producers but different directors. why didnt they let Vaughn direct this film. First Class is the best X-Men movie, but with the return of the major stars maybe they let Singer handle the film.
Although I think Singer doesnt know anything about X-Men. He's always Wolverine. I dont know if Hugh Jackmen let him suck his what that he treats him very highly and importantly.
The whole X-Men series except the First Class which is the best one may I repeat has always been Wolverine.
If Singer has made any characters aside Professor X, Magneto, Wolverine or Mystique underutilized especially STORM and ROGUE, be freakin pissed. especially Rogue.
Anyway Singer made good films with X1 and X2 but Vaugh's First Class is truly a MASTERCLASS.
