Most people at any concert bar teen acts are going to be grown. That's not the point. People don't go into a Beyonce concert with the expectation of hearing, "clap for a ***** with his rappin' ass..."

There is a difference in audience demographic for those that would attend hip hop shows and those that would attend a Beyonce show -- on any given night there can be children, politicians, royalty, etc. Just a few shows prior, the first lady and her daughters were there. Can you imagine the headlines if Jay had done that song completely unedited in the presence of the president's family or one of the royal family?

Yeah, no one's going to die over a few curse words, but, my point simply is, many don't sign up for that level of "Parental Advisory" when buying Beyonce tickets. I'm sure there were quite a few soccer moms clutching their pearls on that bit of the show.
